• Will report into the Associate Events Manager and Attraction Managers for appropriate shifts. • MUST work 3-4 events per month if business is provided. • Provides exemplary guest service to all internal and external guests of World of Coca-Cola while performing the following activities: selling tickets, providing access control, checking-in groups, pulsing guest traffic into theaters or galleries, restocking/replenishing stations and delivering supplies, making public announcements, assisting guests with special access, and assisting guests with wayfinding. • MUST complete Special Event Training and WOCC NHO Onboarding including but not limited to exhibit training as well • Able to contribute and execute event setup which includes removal of stanchions, acrylic and re-establish the exhibit spaces back to normal operational standards for opening of the next day. • Acts as a Brand Ambassador by consistently modeling and upholding The Coca-Cola Company Core Values while driving brand awareness and encouraging lasting customer relationships. • Evacuates guests throughout the building in an emergency and assists those needing special assistance when appropriate • Adheres to Company policies regarding timeliness, attendance, and time clock procedures. • Maintains specified appearance standards for Front of House presentation. • Maintains a positive attitude and welcoming demeanor while in the presence of guests and ambassadors. • Monitors guests and surrounding areas for potential safety • Works quickly as a team to help maintain the cleanliness of exhibits, galleries, and theaters. • Interacts with guests with differing abilities in a respectful and appropriate manner, enforcing inclusion training provided by The Coca-Cola Company and World of Coca-Cola. • Handles guest situations in a professional, quick, thorough, and respectful manner.

salary: $14 - $14.01 per hour

Responsibilities

  •  Provides exemplary guest service to all internal guests (employees, vendors & partners) ofWorld of Coca-Cola while performing the following activities: preparing food, cleaning, and

  • organizing breakroom for coffee service, displaying food and snacks, ordering supplies,restocking cash bags, sorting, and distributing mail, and stocking employee fridges and coolers.

  •  Will be the first point of contact as the front-line Events Team for the after-evening events heldat World of Coca-Cola.

  •  Serves as the main point of contact for breakroom amenities; refreshes breakroom coffee andfood offerings, rotates product and removes expired products multiple times per day.

  •  Partners with Attraction Leadership team to identify, source, procure, and create new

  • breakroom offerings. Occasionally prepares snacks for onsite consumption or sale in partnership with Bottle Cap Café team.

  • Meets with the Entertainment Manager weekly about upcoming events and details/specialrequest for events.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • manual lifting up to 20lbs

  • standing for 6 hours at one time

  • working up to 28 hrs of overtime per week

  • working weekends
