Equifax is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Analyst to join our team in our Atlanta Midtown office. The Executive Compensation Analyst will provide data analysis, reporting and insights that inform and measure leadership compensation, including base pay, short- and long-term incentives. Supports development of materials and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and to the Equifax Board of Directors' Compensation Committee. Keys to the success of the role will be strong collaboration with stakeholders throughout our HR, Operations and Finance communities, accuracy and efficiency in order to effectively execute against our Equifax Rewards strategies. This role will report to the Equifax Executive Compensation Manager.

What You'll Do: Conduct executive market reviews and develop recommendations for leadership compensation, including base pay, long-term incentives, short-term incentives and one-time payments. Perform research and analysis on peer group and market trends related to leadership compensation programs. Perform analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs and model potential impact of alternatives and future programs. Contribute to development of materials for key meetings and updates with senior leaders and for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Participate in preparation of the Proxy tables and the CDandA statement. Support the annual and off-cycle long-term incentive planning process (guidelines, budgets, legal/regulatory compliance, approval process, participant communications). Work closely with partners in Talent, Legal, Finance, Global Compensation, HR Operations and HR Systems to ensure data accuracy and coordination of all changes and communications

What You Have: Knowledge of executive compensation programs and practices, including base pay, short- and long-term incentives Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive matters and information Effective execution and collaboration skills, leveraging both internal and external partners and vendors Advanced Excel and analytical skills 3-5 years of HR/compensation experience with 2 years Executive Compensation

What Could Set You Apart: Skill in Google Suite presentation and collaboration tools Strong working knowledge of Compensation platforms including HRIS (Workday) and compensation survey tools International compensation experience
