The Coca-Cola Company Sr Manager Strategic Insights & Analysis in Atlanta, Georgia

The Sr. Strategic Insights and Analysis Manager will play a critical role in helping Coca-Cola North America Operating Unit identify new growth opportunity and address key challenges. In this role, you will analyze economy, industry, customer, consumer, competitor and internal performance data, synthesize key insights from various sources and make actionable strategic recommendations against growth opportunities.

This position requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and business sense. You will present insight and strategic recommendations to business partners and leadership teams, so strong communication and storytelling capabilities are a must.

This role will support, influence and engage cross-functional stakeholders and business peers on the strategic direction and actions to be taken, using the power of data, insights, analysis.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Strategic thinking : Ability to leverage meaningful insights and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop projections for retail and foodservice

  • Analytical skill : Comfortable working with complex data set; collect, organize, visualize and assimilate internal and external data

  • Problem framing: Ability to leverage problem solving framework to structure complex business questions

  • Prioritization: Prioritize through a fact-based approach, handle trade-offs, and balance immediate and long-term priorities

  • Stakeholder management: Identify, influence, align and engage key stakeholders

  • Storytelling: Communicate, influence and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action-oriented approach

  • Synthesize different research, data and insights to develop a compelling business strategy

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; master's degree a plus

  • 3-4 years' experience in similar roles

  • Demonstrated experience and skills in data analysis & problem solving.

  • Deep understanding of key leading economic indicators

  • Ability to draw insights and actions from data and communicate appropriately at all management levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (in analysis) and PowerPoint (for presentation)

  • Strong work ethic. Adaptable and willing to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to prioritize workload and balance competing demands.
