Description:Valor Healthcare is seeking a Remote Cority/Electronic Medical Records Application Manager to support Stellantis plants in MI, IL and IN. In this position, you will provide software administration, implementation, reporting, and support for internal Electronic Medical Record/Cority software and IT processes within Stellantis for Occupational Health Management. Provides technical support, implementation, configuration, testing and reporting for Cority the Electronic Medical Record system for Occupational Health and liaison for health and safety.2. Responsible to work with and /coordinate with Cority including testing, providing requirements, tracking progress, etc.3. Provides Tier 1 help desk support to manufacturing employees on site and remotely in North America by providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.4. Runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, determines and implements solutions.5. Trains computer users.6. Maintains daily performance of computer systems.7. Responds to email messages from customers seeking help; asks questions to determine the nature of problem; walks customers through problem-solving process. Follows up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.8. Reports technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) to the Network group.9. Installs computer peripherals for users.10. Gains feedback from customers about computer usage.11. Runs reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.12. Serves as Medical Operations primary technical support.13. Provides first level (Tier 1) support for the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, Medical Record and Safety Program, Welsh Allyn Cardio Perfect EKG, Benson CCA 200 mini--Audiometric Program, and Easy One Spirometer Program.14. Coordinates with other IT organizations within Stellantis to assist Medical Operations users.15. Participates in the Stellantis Medical Operations Data Management meeting.16. Assists in resolution of high -level issues. For example, working with software manufacturers to coordinate testing and launch of new software applications.17. Creates and maintains user accounts for PC Access, Windows, Lotus Notes, and the EMR.18. Assists with various Health, Safety, and Medical Lotus Notes Databases.19. Assists with certain applications within Environmental, Health, and Safety.20. Contacts various technical support organizations for assistance with Medical Operations software/devices used.21. Maintains Medical SharePoint site.22. Generates reports in IBM Cognos PowerPlay.23. Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or comparable work experience is required in computer networking, computer science, information systems analysis and other IT areas.2. Minimum 5 years' experience with an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system; 1 year of experience with Cority preferred.3. Skills in cryptography, operating systems, software development, and/or validation will be valued.4. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required to interact with a diverse medical staff, often with limited computer skills.5. Must be able to independently and quickly troubleshoot by asking relevant questions to identify the issue and utilize resources to resolve the problem.6. Enthusiasm and capability to understand new IT products is a must.7. Cority EHS software experience REQUIRED
