Continental Financial Analyst in Auburn Hills, Michigan

Are you ready to shape the future with us?

  • Lead Forecasting, Inventory control, Month end closing process including journal entries, and reporting for OES North America Service Center remanufacturing and repair business.

  • Lead Accounts receivable reconciliation for OES NA plant locations and sales team on invoicing and Debit resolutions, collections, and forecasting. Including support, reporting and follow up actions.

  • Lead Budget planning and Controlling for Auburn Hills and Laredo locations including Shared Service allocation cost centers.

  • Support Fire Forecast review and alignment for Headcount, Invest, Balance Sheet and P&L with OES Controller for OES NA Locations.

  • Support R&D Controlling topics as needed.

  • Lead Monthly Trend Forecast for Locations Auburn Hills and Laredo

  • Support ICO processes for Invoices and equalization with Guadalajara and Las Colinas

  • Support SAP costing and Material Selling price maintenance for Multiple OES NA locations

  • Lead Physical Inventory Audit at 3rd Party Locations including the service center network and year end reconciliation.

  • Lead Quarter Closing inventory Revaluation and E&O calculation and reporting

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or equivalent

  • 2+ years of finance or relevant experience

  • Fluent in English

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Ability to work in teams

  • Self-driven

  • Well organized with ability to prioritize tasks

  • Advanced Excel knowledge
