LIOHER Enterprise Corp Technical Office Team Member in Auburndale, Florida

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Office Team Member. In this role, you will have a heavy daily workload which includes creating Bills of Material (for raw materials and industrial costs), designing plans for new products, and quoting requests from customers for new products or variations of existing ones. This individual will also be responsible for managing various technical functions within the office, including data management, budget database management, inventory supervision, and documentation creation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Functions: • Development and supervision of margin calculation, rate, and budget management. • Development, maintenance, and supervision of master data related to purchases, manufacturing, and sales. • Resolve issues related to manufacturing and sales processes, including identifying root causes, implementing corrective action, and documenting resolutions. • Design and implementation of documentation for the factory and sales department. • Create instruction manuals related to product assembly and layout, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness for end-users. • Inventory supervision, including evaluation of database maintenance. • Oversee the creation and supervision of inventory records, including stock levels, storage locations, and replenishment schedules. • Creation and correction of product bills of materials. • Projection of parts and products. • Ordering and classifying product lists. • Development of prototypes for new products, as well as their packaging. • Parameterization of work orders. • Preparation of detailed product information tables for budgeting and marketing. • Support for the Sales Department in cost analysis and commercial offers. • Planning and organization of daily department tasks. • Manage the database related to budgets, ensuring accurate up-to-date information for financial planning and reporting. • Create Bills of Material (BOM) for products and production routes. • Quoting for new products, projects, or special offers. Qualifications: • Technical background, industrial design, or related field. • Strong analytical experience with the ability to conduct calculations. • Experience in data management, inventory management, and inventory control. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis principles is desirable. • Computer skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Must possess strong knowledge and experience in utilizing AutoCAD, MS Excel, and/ or similar programs.
