The Device Management Architect is a highly-visible member of the IT team who is an expert in hardware and software support to end users of computers, printers, mobile devices and related peripherals at AU Health. This subject matter expert collaborates with business end-users, management and technical teams to understand and document business requirements, provide testing support and execution for system implementations/maintenance. This role mentors, coaches and trains less experienced team members and delegates work assignments as needed.
Position Requirements
Associates Degree and 5 years or more of experience in End User Device Support. Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement. Certifications(s) required: CompTIA A+.
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's Degree. 10 years or more of experience in End User Device Support in Healthcare Environment. MCP, ACMT, ITIL certifications(s) preferred.
