Trade Compliance Analyst
Description
Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation
vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.
Responsibilities:
- Apply and use applicable compliance regulations including the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations
(CFR 15 & 19), Export Administration Regulation (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms
Regulation (ITAR) and other government agency regulations.
- Manage daily trade compliance activities in accordance with established processes, guidelines and
procedures to ensure TSV’s parts and products flow across international borders in compliance
with Company and regulatory requirements.
- Appropriately classify TSV products in accordance with the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule
(HTSUS), Schedule B and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Commerce Control List
(CCL).
- Assist in the identification, development, and implementation of trade compliance process
improvements.
- Assist with the collection, validation and maintenance of trade related documentation and
information required to support TSV’s trade activities.
- Conduct import/export self-assessments to ensure TSV transactions meet regulatory and
company guidelines.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, accounting/finance, economics, or other
related fields.
Years of Experience: 2 – 4 years direct trade related.
Desired Skills: Research, analysis, problem-solving, writing, presentation, advanced computer, or
foreign language skills are a plus.
- Must be willing to learn, willing to work independently or in a team environment.
