Raytheon - Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking an Associate Director, Business Integrator/Program Management to support programs across multiple functions within the Mission Solutions & Payloads (MSP) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).
This role requires 100% ONSITE engagement from one of the listed sites: Aurora, CO (preferred) or El Segundo, CA
What You Will Do
Effectively partner across all levels of the business area
Supportbusiness operations across the MSP-SSBU
Manageand coordinate operational projects and initiatives across MSP to meet productivity, quality, and process efficiency goals and objectives
Partner with Program Area Directors on their operational supportneeds and establish an integrated SSBU strategyand action plan
Establish mid-term (1 to 3years) operational plans insupportof theorganization
Lead internalcommunicationinitiatives
Identify business operation issues (between business areas and functions) that impact program implementation
Facilitate development of corrective action plans
Travel, asneeded, to various RTX locations (roughly 25% travel anticipated)
Coordinate/createsupportingdata and presentation materials
Facilitate Monthly Business Review (MBR) meetings
ManageAction Item database
Ensure projects are planned tosupportsmooth daily operations of MSP programs
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12yearsprior relevant experience
Aerospace and defense marketplace experience
Experienceleadingcross-department project teams and/or managing projects across multiple departmental groups
Experience working withexecutive leadershipteams
Experience withcross functionalbusiness acumen specifically in the areas of planning, scheduling, reviewing processes, and secured area facility requirements
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

History of effective communication practices across large organizations
Experience managing multiple priorities while interfacing in multiplecomplexenvironmentswithin the defense industry
Experiencesupportinglarge,complexprograms/projects across multiple business and/or platforms
Highly organized and an effective communicator, decision maker with the ability to inspire teams to meet program objectives
Programleadership,financial management: P&L experience of a significantorganization, thoroughrisk managementand earnedvaluemanagementskills
Ability to quickly come up to speed on technical and managementefforts currently underway while building strongcustomerrelationship to continue receive/competefor follow-on contracts

We Are RTX
The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
