Karcher BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (INDUSTRIAL SALES) in Aurora, Colorado
The salary range for this position is 90,000 to 110,000 annually with a 35% bonus opportunity under the Sales Incentive plan. For consideration candidates must live near major airports for traveling requirements.

Execution of TG growth initiatives Focused on growth, new accounts, opportunity expansion Nurture new opportunities until program is won, then transition to appropriate sales group Support new customers / new opportunities identified from Target Groups and RSM organization Promotion of solutions-based platforms, incorporating equipment, chemicals, parts, service etc. Channel agnostic - Present best fulfillment solution for customer Promotion of New Product Development
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3+ years of successful industrial sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Background in developing and presenting business proposals to customers, targeting in on relevant metrics and negotiating commercial contractual terms Demonstrable track record of success in developing and fostering key relationships at a senior level. Demonstrable track record of business development, increasing sales and offtake contracts. Very strong communication and negotiation skills, high degree of commercial awareness, with business acumen. Ability to work and interact with senior executives including at board level, a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
