Our clinical social workers have the knowledge and understanding needed to provide psychosocial services to children and families experiencing the difficulties associated with illness, hospitalization and outpatient care. Our clinical social workers help patients and families understand diagnoses, process their feelings and emotions and understand the decisions that need to be made. Annual Salary Range: Clinical Social Worker: $29.84 to $44.77 (Based on hours worked and years of experience) / Hourly Entry Level Clinical Social Worker: $26.72 to $40.07 (Based hours worked and previous experience) / Hourly Eligible Incentives: Relocation* Hours per week: Part time and Full time opportunities available Shift: There are a variety of shifts available for this role. Make an Impact (Curious about the impact Clinical Social Workers have? ) Qualifications: Clinical Social Worker: Education: Master's degree in Social Work Experience: Equivalent of 1 years of full time work experience providing psycho-social assessment and interventions to patients and families. Licensure(s): Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Colorado (CO) Entry Level: Education: Master's Degree in Social Work Licensure(s): Must be able to attain the licensed social worker (LSW) in the state of Colorado(CO) within 1 year of employment. Job Highlights: Develops and implements service/treatment interventions that provide a variety of services to meet patient/family needs. Monitors progress, cooperation, and acceptance of services. Develops a therapeutic relationship with the patients and families to assist with the social, financial, and psychological problems associated with hospitalization and/or outpatient treatment. Conducts initial needs assessment to gather information on the patient/family's medical, social, and financial history. Serves as a liaison with multi-disciplinary care teams and external community agencies to identify, implement, and monitor treatment goals. Facilitates staffing, care conferences, etc to coordinate care between the treatment team. Compiles and prepares case records, reports, and documents that comply with state and federal standards in providing case notes, treatment plans, and evaluations.
