FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks), Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed

Shift: Days

Pay: $58.11 - $87.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.

  • State licensure as a Pharmacist.

  • 2 years of post-graduate experience.

  • Travel between locations as needed.

Preferred:

  • Operational Investigational Drug Service experience.

  • Leadership experience.

  • Infusion Pharmacy Operations in a Hospital/Acute Care setting.

  • EPIC WIP and WAM (including EPIC Beacon)

Summary:

We are looking for a team oriented, adaptable to change, detailed, decisive, and experienced pharmacist, with a background in Investigational Drug Service Pharmacy, EPIC WIP and WAM (including EPIC Beacon), and leadership, to join our Team to provide and improve Investigational Drug Service Pharmacy services.

The Supervisor of Pharmacy Services - Investigational Drug Service Pharmacy will report to the Manager, Pharmacy Hospital Operations, and will work closely with the Supervisors of Pharmacy Services for Oncology and Oncology/Infusion Services and Leadership of the UCH Inpatient Pharmacy at the Anschutz Medical Campus, Cherry Creek Medical Center, Highlands Ranch Medical Center and Lone Tree Medical Center to strategize and standardize workflows and efforts in the Denver Metro Region's Investigational Drug Service.

This will be a working (as required frontline staffing) Supervisor position responsible for the daily operations, and oversight, of any areas within the Metro Denver Region under UCHA, where Investigational Drug Service Pharmacy is present/involved. Operations and oversight will include the recruitment, hiring, supervision, and evaluation of staff - Investigational Drug Service Specialists, and Pharmacists, as well as other duties as assigned. Additionally, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations, and execution of Pharmacy Strategic Plans and Objectives in collaboration Pharmacy Leadership. Front line staffing may/will be necessary to ensure daily operations are not negatively impacted.
