Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Office Team Leader, providing exceptional leadership and oversight to our Office Team family. This individual will report out of our Seattle Office (521 Wall Street, Suite 300

Seattle, WA 98121) and will oversee our Seattle, Denver and Austin Offices.

As the Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless provision of a full range of office services, including audio/visual equipment operation and maintenance, conference and meeting coordination, new Team Member setup and connectivity support, equipment maintenance and repair, inventory management, and supply ordering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the Office Team and allied vendors/service providers.

  • Provide Executive support, scheduling, building presentations, writing, project tracking, customer service, expense management and booking travel

  • Assist Office Team leadership with job discussions, training, recruiting, and development of Office Team Specialists and Team Members.

  • Manage the Space-planning vertical, including researching, coordinating implementation of, and ensuring effective use of Space-planning technology tools.

  • Partner with supported teams and vendors/service providers to determine present and future space needs, finalize suitable floorplans, and direct movement of teams across campus.

  • Organize and direct internal office moves and facilities reconfiguration projects.

  • Support designated senior-level leader with executive administration tasks such as managing calendar, travel, expense reporting, and event planning.

  • Oversee the customer complaint resolution process.

Skills Required:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Office Team functions, tasks, methods, and procedures.

  • Strong event planning skills.

  • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting audio/visual equipment.

  • Ability to develop and recommend methods for continuous improvement of systems and processes.

  • Basic spreadsheet and word processing skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with positive guidance and mentoring abilities.

  • Effective collaboration with supported teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in task/project planning, including budget/cost management, schedules, and resource requirements.

  • Ability to translate departmental objectives into actionable steps.

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree and 4+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Prior leadership experience is not required but may have informally led teams or performed in a team lead-type role.

  • Prior Executive Assistant experience
