TTEC Desktop Support Associate Technician in Austin, Texas

What You’ll be Doing -

Whether it’s getting answers for other staff quickly, consulting on IT projects with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

· Provide client support and technical troubleshooting via e-mail, phone and multiple ticketing systems

· Provide technical support for the information technologies deployed, systems integration of desktops, printers, as well as supporting work from home agents.

· Configure software and re-image workstations

· Maintain accurate records of onsite IT equipment including inventory for both client and company issued devices.

· Identify and correct or advise on operational issues with client computer systems.

What You Bring to the Role

· A minimum of 2 years IT technical support experience.

· Associate degree/post-secondary education in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating System technologies and Windows Desktop Operating Systems.

· Some experience working with Citrix or other remote VDA platforms.

· General knowledge of networking and wiring closets MDF/IDF rooms.

· Experience with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory

· Ability to problem solve while meeting SLA deadlines.

The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $24.04/hr. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
