To undertake research aimed at applying cryo-electron microscopy, cryo-electron tomography, cryo-correlative microscopy, and cryo-FIB milling to study molecular architecture of cancer-causing viruses and their interactions with hosts. To identify, develop, and apply a broad range of techniques to pursue the research objective. To draft scientific papers and contribute to the overall preparation of research for publication and grant application. To present scientific progress within the group and at external conferences. To assist in the training of PhD students and to contribute to laboratory-wide discussions on developments within the field.To contribute to the Departments and Universitys mission in the public engagement of science, and the translation of research findings into improvements in human health.
