Description We are in search of a Project Manager for our team located in Austin, Texas. This role is crucial to streamline our digital projects like web and mobile development, marketing campaigns, and enhance our project management processes. The successful candidate will be a crucial part of our team, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to our growth and success.
Responsibilities include:
• Facilitating the execution and delivery of digital projects including web and mobile development, and marketing campaigns.
• Streamlining project management processes and ensuring efficiency across both centralized and remote environments.
• Utilizing tools like Atlassian Jira, CRM, and IBM to manage projects.
• Building and systematizing our processes through normalized Asana PM templates and workflows.
• Identifying and creating guiding documents to improve project management practices.
• Monitoring and tracking time against budgets, ensuring projects stay within allocated resources.
• Normalizing client updates, facilitating clear and efficient communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Tracking payments against milestones to ensure financial accountability.
• Utilizing collaboration tools like Slack, Asana, and Gsuite to facilitate communication and collaboration with team members.
• Providing an outside perspective to help improve and innovate our project management practices.
• Applying skills in areas like Budget Processes, Construction, and Customer Service to ensure project success. Requirements • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Database management
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems
• Experience with IBM systems and tools
• Proficiency in "About Time" time tracking software
• Understanding of Budget Processes within a project management context
• Experience in Construction project management
• Excellent Customer Service skills
