About The Role:

As the Sr. Manager, Professional (State Nutrition) of a leading EdTech SaaS company, you will be responsible for leading and managing the professional services team (including Business Analysts & Consultants), ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our educational technology solutions. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver exceptional service and drive customer success. This role requires a deep understanding of the Education & SaaS landscape, strong leadership skills, prior experience creating and implementing Professional Services methodologies, and the ability to navigate complex projects and relationships.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Provide strong leadership to the professional services team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.

• Set clear goals and objectives for the team, aligning them with company strategies and customer needs. 

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including state administrators, district leaders, and educational institutions.

• Collaborate with sales teams during the pre-sales process to understand customer requirements and develop effective implementation plans.

• Serve as the escalation point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process, leading teams through a smooth transition and addressing any concerns or challenges. Lead Transformational Change:

• Develop a clear, compelling vision for change that aligns with the organization's goals and inspires others to act.

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation execution and effectiveness of our State Nutrition software solutions, ensuring the team delivers projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

• Develop and manage standard project plans, resource allocation, and timelines, coordinating activities across different teams and departments.

• Monitor at the executive level - project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

• Drive customer success by ensuring the successful adoption of State Nutrition solutions and maximizing the value delivered to customers.

• Monitor customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and advocate for customer needs internally to improve product offerings and service delivery.

• Understands and measures metrics including Utilization, TTV, Backlog.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the EdTech industry or Professional Services function.

• Prior experience overseeing projects that include both configuration and custom development components

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
