Amazon Renewed is the home of high-quality pre-owned and refurbished products in 15 countries (NA3, EU7, IN, AU, JP, UAE, SA) with supply from qualifying Marketplace Sellers, Retail Vendors and Amazon. We aspire to transform how Customers discover and buy high-quality pre-owned products by providing a Customer experience that combines the trust and convenience of buying New with the savings of buying Used. We earn Customer trust by setting a high and consistent bar for excellent product quality, qualifying and performance managing Suppliers, and attaching an extended guarantee to all Renewed products.

We are seeking a talented, smart, and enthusiastic Customer Success Management leader to help grow the Renewed North America business by focusing on the strategic aspects of managing the relationships with our largest Sellers. The leader is responsible for building and maintaining strategic account relationships, accelerating sales growth, expanding selection and improving retention amongst the existing Seller base. The leader will develop a clear vision for how to advance their accounts, articulate this vision to gain buy in, and drive engagement the Amazon products and solutions needed to equip the account for sustained success on Amazon. The role will also involve ownership of strategic projects and initiatives, requiring a high level of engagement and alignment with other Customer Success Managers, internal stakeholders including product and tech teams, and Sellers to deliver results.

This is a unique opportunity to influence a fast growing and relatively new business on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for creative problem-solving, a strong bias for action, and the ability to quickly earn trust. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, analytical and presentation skills are required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

· Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of large Sellers in an ever-changing business environment.

· Partner with various cross functional teams to align programs and initiatives to drive growth in existing seller base.

· Sell at the most strategic level within the account and implementing a broad strategy for earning Seller acceptance to invest in key initiatives.

· Analyze refurbished industry trends, diagnose root cause of performance, and create actionable plans for operational improvements.

· Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance and build relationships across an account include creative thinking, articulating a clear vision and generating enthusiasm, to impact all business groups

· Identify key business opportunities and manage toward a growth plan.

· Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years account management experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills

  • Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to make business decisions

  • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage across multiple responsibilities

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to influence others

  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

  • Work experience in eCommerce, digital advertising, or software

  • SQL skills

  • Effective C-level communication skills

  • MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
