Charles Schwab Sr Manager, Digital Product Management in Austin, Texas

Duties : Perform advanced development, support and implementation of complex systems using specialized domain knowledge and highly- developed business expertise. Lead large projects and programs with limited oversight. Evaluate business and software industry trends and suggest improvements to processes, products and services. Develop near and long-term authentication strategies and roadmaps for specific feature families. Perform extensive data analysis using Splunk, Tableau and SQL to measure the utilization and effectiveness of authentication features. Develop, publish, and maintain Tableau dashboards to monitor and evaluate feature performance, track adoption, and create product insights. Design data acquisition strategy from Splunk logs into Hadoop for Tableau dashboard. Prepare and present roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels. Use data driven presentation skills to ensure key leadership & stakeholders are aligned on priorities, opportunities and progress on key initiatives. Own BI metrics and data and analysis for products to drive deep understanding, innovation and product plans. Build Tableau visualizations.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $147,900 to $246,800 per year

What you have

Job Requirements : Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field plus 2 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience. Experience must include some experience in each of the following skills: Big Data Management; Business Intelligence and Data Analysis; Product Development; Project Management; Data Engineering; and SQL, Tableau, Splunk, Jira, Confluence, Hadoop, Kafka.
