Associate Commercial Architects unterstützen alle kommerziellen Aspekte eines Projektes, diese sind zum Beispiel die Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Vertragstexten, die Projekt- und Preiskalkulation, die Risikobewertung und die Unterstützung des Vertriebes.

What you'll be doing

Position Summary & Objectives

Commercial Architecture

• Übernimmt eigenverantwortlich die kommerziellen Aufgaben einfacher Projekte oder unterstützt (Senior-) Commercial Architects in komplexeren Projekten

• Arbeitet mit Sales und Pre-Sales sowie dem Legal Team zusammen, um Verträge zu gestalten

• Identifiziert Abweichungen vom Firmenstandard und entwickelt Lösungsmöglichkeiten

• Verantwortet die Risikoerfassung und -bewertung

• Bearbeitet die kommerziellen Aspekte des Projektes:

• Kommerzielles Model

• P&L

• Cash Flow

• Kundenpreise

• Risk Register

• Finanzierung (wenn benötigt)

Commercial Assurance and Governance

• Arbeitet mit dem Bid- und Pre-Sales Team zusammen, um die kommerziellen Parameter des Projektes auf Länder Management Ebene zu präsentieren

• Stellt sicher das die Projekte den Firmenregelungen entsprechen und die Vertragsbedingungen mit den internen und externen Vorgaben abgestimmt sind

• Nutzt die Standardvorlagen des europäischen Commercial Center of Excellence

Commercial other

• Unterstützt aktiv die Verbesserung der kommerziellen Tools und Prozesse

Interfaces with

• Land (mehrheitlich), Region- und Group Ebene (gelegentlich)

• Stakeholder sind unter anderem Sales, Finance, Operations, Service Delivery etc.

Requirements: Education, Training and Experience

• Deutsch und Englisch fließend; jede weitere europäische Sprache wird positiv bewertet

• Mindestens Bachelor oder gleichwertig idealerweise Wirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik

• Gutes Zahlenverständnis

• Gute Excelkenntnisse, mindestens Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Word und Powerpoint

• Zusatzkenntnisse wie VBA, Access, Power-Bi oder Power Apps sind von Vorteil
