Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to research, extract, compile and analyze data; develops periodic reports and processes as hoc reporting requests; assists in documenting and training of related procedures; creates, maintains and updates databases; researches and resolves issues associated with information within the various business operations database systems.

Primary Duties

  • Retrieves records or data and distributes information as appropriate in order to provide timely and accurate information to functional area team members or external customers.

  • Updates and maintains database integrity, systems applications or files to ensure accurate and current information is available for use to others.

  • Performs analysis of complex nature on information received, and researches or resolves issues by following prescribed procedures and/or processes.

  • Gathers and summarizes data from various sources in order to complete reports and special projects.

  • Maintains databases system, ensuring the integrity of the business operations data with in each system and resolves discrepancies related to the database information.

  • Assists with documenting and training the processes used in working with the various database systems.

  • Support business operations including technical applications, software and applications, and other enabling systems.

  • Assist mid-level with regulatory and non-regulatory examinations

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Scope

The incumbent in this position must be able to communicate across all levels of the business operations organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • HS Diploma with minimum of 24 months of technical training or equivalent experience

  • Medical assistant or relative certification

  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Computer skills knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, database design and administration

  • Experience maintaining confidential data/information

  • Availability for overtime as required

  • Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $57,600.00/Yr. - USD $86,400.00/Yr.
