Aston Carter Human Resources Manager in Baltimore, Maryland

Job Title: Human Resources ManagerJob Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures. You will assess reports from the HR team, team leaders, and operations managers to evaluate employee performance and determine training needs. Your role involves suggesting updates to policies and procedures based on the needs of both employees and the company. You will research compensation standards set by the industry and governing bodies to create fair salary structures and administer employee benefits. Additionally, you will create recruitment plans, set up interview schedules, and establish evaluation standards in alignment with HR methodologies and labor laws. You will supervise all HR activities, manage communications, and handle documents and requests received by the team. Moreover, you will attend interdepartmental meetings with other managers and oversee exit interviews and procedures.
