Hiring Now a Route Lead Cleaner for the DMV area.
Pay: $18.00 per hour - $18.00 per hour

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older and Valid Drivers License Required
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
Driving to site locations within the DMV area
2 Years experience in Commercial Van Driving
Ability to read and understand inspection reports
Proficiency using maps and location equipment in the field
Knowledge of work safety practices and procedures
Two years of similar cleaning and carpet cleaning experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Verifies materials, workmanship, and specification/code requirements
Prepares day’s inspection and work schedule by collecting crew locations from Street Sheet and supervisor
Ensures that contractors are working within the guidelines and specifications set forth by permits
Performs inspections and documentation of in-process, start-up, and operations activity
Trouble-shoots cleaning participates in resolution of issues
Completes detailed inspection records and maintains technical and other pertinent documents, as directed
Performs inspections in accordance with inspection plan, monitors inspection duties assigned to subcontractors, and reviews results of inspections
Identifies and monitors performance of witness and hold points in Work Planning packages
Identifies nonconforming items and corrective action requirements; initiates nonconformance reports and monitors status through closure of corrective action
Maintains databases through established project standard computer applications
Conducts contractor site inspections for safety and proper setup
Checks job sites for damage, and if found immediately reports to supervisor
Responds to customer complaints and affect resolutions
Creates internal memorandum advising the supervisor of any subcontractor’s negligence before the matter escalates to the client
Assists crews when needed to complete the job, within reason
Other duties as assigned
