Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate should have hands-on experience on following areas:
Production Monitoring and Analysis: Conventional oil and gas fields, marginal and matured fields production monitoring and analysis
Reservoir Engineering: Conventional RE workflows such as Material Balance, Decline Curves, Pressure Transient Analysis, Fluid sampling, Production Prediction
Sick Well Analysis: Diagnose, Interpret and deeper studies on identified set of wells for sick well analysis
Production Optimization: Identify production optimization opportunities in line with year objectives and production enhancement opportunities.
Laisse with multi-disciplinary team with different backgrounds for Production Optimization
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Hands on experience on IHS Harmony, PETEX Suite – MBAL , GAP, Well Test Analysis
Experience on OFM, Production data base management for 500-1000 wells
Working experience of Artificial Lift suites such as Rodstar, WellPlan, along with Coiled Tubing suits is required
Knowledge of Spotfire, Cloud database management and ML-AI platforms will be a plus
Desired Skills:
Minimum 10 years experience in Petroleum Engineering Reservoir, Production Technologist and Production Optimization Role
Experience on working for multiple reservoirs, geographies and assets will be a plus
Candidate from Operating Upstream companies will be a plus
Candidates with team management experience would be given preference
Candidates with only Mud logging experience would not be preferred
