We are currently seeking a Master data management project lead, to join our team and lead our Master Data Management (MDM) projects. As a Project lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of MDM initiatives, ensuring successful implementation, and driving business value.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead and manage complex MDM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling phases
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders and business leaders
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and technical experts, to drive project milestones and deliverables
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
The required qualifications for the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on MDM projects
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex MDM projects on time and within budget
Strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Arena, Oracle/Oracle Cloud, PowerBI) and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results
PMP certification is a plus
