Administrative Assistant Opportunity:
Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm

Description:
Running reports in Excel.
Working hand-in-hand with the manager
They will learn some of the billing to be backup, so will work a bit w/them.
General admin duties – answering phones, filtering calls to the appropriate people, running reports in excel, maintaining existing excel sheets.
Provide clerical support to the National Accounts Manager.
Extensive use of spreadsheets for compiling data.
Maintain contract warranty sites.
Provide customers with Certificate of Insurance renewals.
Provide back up support to the billing associates.
Update customer sites.
Provide weekly and monthly reports.
Provide back up support to the receptionist for the switchboard, during breaks and on call overflow.
Provide back up support to the mailroom/UPS.

Qualifications:
HS diploma required
2+ years of administrative experience required
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required, must know v-lookups (pivot tables and macros is a plus)
Construction industry experience is a plus
