As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to educate our employees or clients on various IT systems, applications, and technologies. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise, training experience, and excellent communication skills to foster a culture of continuous learning within our organization.

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to meet the needs of different audiences (e.g., employees, clients).
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on IT systems, applications, software, and other relevant technologies.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and IT professionals to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to individuals as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT to incorporate relevant content into training programs.
• Maintain training records and documentation.

5 or more years of information systems or relevant business experience with development, implementation, and training teams Experience working in a fluid environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
