As a Cybersecurity Professional (f/m/d) for Incident and Vulnerability Coordination at Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you will play a vital role in protecting our organization from cyber threats. Your key responsibilities include:
2nd Level Coordination:
You lead incident coordination efforts and efficiently manage incident communications, documentation, and other critical activities across Siemens Smart Infrastructure
You also provide support, assist SI Business Units, Siemens CERT, and ProductCERT in handling incidents and special vulnerability remediation tasks
You facilitate stakeholder collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation between all stakeholders on a global level during escalated incidents, including management
Incident Preparedness:
Continuously refining our processes to ensure effective handling of security incidents is also a part of your responsibility
You drive process improvements by proactively improving incident coordination strategies to enhance overall efficiency
Last but not least, you build a strong network and establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders to boost incident and vulnerability handling awareness across Siemens Smart Infrastructure
What You Need:
You hold a master's degree in computer science with a focus on Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
You have a longterm experience in managing cybersecurity projects or coordinating cybersecurity incidents
You are well-versed in cybersecurity standards and regulations such as IEC 62443 or ISO 27001
You also ´possess certifications like ITIL Foundation, PMP, or similar credentials
You demonstrate proficiency in effectively managing diverse stakeholders
You are able to convey technical content in clear and understandable business language
Exhibit strong project management and problem-solving skills to tackle complex cybersecurity challenges
You also have a solid understanding of ITIL processes and IT management tools
You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is an added advantage
