HP Inc. Global Print Channel Program Manager in Barcelona, Spain

Responsibilities

  • Manage global Print MIF (Machine In the Field) replacement program and enablement support for Master Dealers

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build engagement materials to drive partner adoption of HP Print MIF (Machine In the Field) replacement program

  • Manage program product line inclusion into the program and market eligibility

  • Track and oversee payment and audit activities

  • 3rd party vendor management of contract and scope of work

  • Build program documentation and asset creation to drive awareness

  • Liaison into program/product team to support channel enablement for print business

  • Drive program adoption and growth by identifying and addressing partner feedback and highlighting opportunities to streamline processes or enablement materials

  • Support our Business Development Manager team and ensure they have the resources and tools they need to be successful

  • Become SME on how partners can leverage the MIF (Machine In the Field) replacement program

  • Support the process of EP (Extended Partner) on boarding with Operations team for Master Dealer program.

  • Define processes for incentive payment to EP (Extended Partner) for Master Dealer program with partner program team

  • Manage new Master Dealer or ED (Extended Partner) approval flow process with operations teams

  • Review Master Dealer & EP (Extended Partner) status and support on issues

  • Define and implement new business introduction processes for Master Dealers

Education And Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or industry experience

  • 5-7 years of print, channel industry experience in partner enablement

  • Experience in channel program management

  • Experience of channel route to market with resellers and distribution

  • Experience developing and delivering training materials with an emphasis on remote training

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross functional and highly matrixed teams

  • Channel enablement experience and understanding of SW channel route to market

  • Demonstrated experience with sales, channels & content strategy

  • Global partner experience

  • Track record of achieving or overperforming key performance indicators

Knowledge And Skills

  • Organized and methodical approach to business - ability to translate big ideas into tactical plans

  • Strong communications, influencing and soft skills, including the ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner.

  • Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate with peers, business units, partners and customers using a win/win mindset.

  • Well versed in multi-cultural settings.

  • Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.

  • Strong understanding of master dealer frameworks and approaches

  • Strong written/oral communications and analytical skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build and manage virtual teams.

  • Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.

  • Ability to influence and drive consensus.
