HP Inc. Graduate LF Junior Business Analyst - Pricing in Barcelona, Spain
Business Context:
The Large Format Designjet business is targeting architects, engineers, construction companies, copyshops and print service providers (PSP). These customers communicate their projects, ideas and documentation in large format prints. HP is the current market leader but is facing strong competition. Competitors are buying share by offering attractive specs at very aggressive discounts. HP has an opportunity to transform the market by delivering products and services that enable a superior user experience and by changing customers purchase criteria to focus less on specs /price and more on user experience.
Organization:
Reports to WW LF Category Operations, Analytics and Reporting Manager
Based in Barcelona, Spain
Responsibilities:
You will be the focal point of WW field pricing scrapper robot for HP and competitor, manage the pricing competitive process for the large format (LF) HW and Supplies businesses, with strong interaction with the regional LF teams and with the different markets.
The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for:
Make sure data is reliable
Implement data checks
Update the pricing tool on new prices, countries and products
Manage outsourced company daily and project relation
Make competitive analysis/pricing evolution analysis
Provide insights on what is happening on each market
Support the Business Analysis team on ad hoc reports
You should be able to articulate at all times:
Give pricing trends of any region or countries
Give a status on the progress and evolution of the project
Provide content on ad hoc request related to pricing
Required Qualifications:
Excellent excel / database / analysis skills
Excellent analytical, communication skills
Team player
Creative problem solving
Proven ability to drive change
Methodical and able to organize and prioritize tasks
University degree in marketing, finance, business administration or engineering
Less than 5 months of relevant extracurricular experience
