About the role:

The Senior Demand Generation Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies to drive business growth for our products and services.

This role will report to the Senior Director of Global Demand Generation and will work closely with regional marketing, content marketing, marketing technology, marketing operations, product leaders, and senior leadership.

Acting as a strategic advisor to the Senior Director of Global Demand Generation, this role will be transversal and have exposure to all the Demand initiatives, providing ongoing strategic insights and analysis. This role will also help lead and oversee the development, prioritization, and execution of key transformational initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and a proven track record in successful demand generation.

This position is part of the Global Demand Generation Team and will be based at our Wood Dale, IL headquarters.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implementdemand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, leads, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Collaborate with all the demand marketing team members and multiple cross-functional teamsto maximize the impactof each strategic initiative.

  • Ensure timely execution of demand generation action plans through precise project management and stakeholders' involvement.

  • Carefully analyze data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and evaluate the effectiveness of demand marketing campaigns.

  • Develop processes to scale strategic initiatives globally with accurate tracking and reporting.

  • Stay up to date with innovative marketing trends to identify opportunities and new potential demand channels.

  • Drive a continuous improvement mentality with an open mind, also through rigorous and meaningfulA/B testing.

  • Proactively analyze and understand the competitive landscape to identify and develop new growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Competencies :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Technical/Business/Marketing field.

  • Excellent project managementskills with an ability to set and achieve strategic objectives.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a demand generation or digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B lead generation environment

  • Thorough experience with Performance Marketing – especially Digital Demand Generation (PPC, SEO, Email, Paid Social Media, Webinars, ABM).

  • Highly results oriented, analytical and data-driven. Capable of dissecting complex data sets to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

  • Strong and thoughtful collaborative approach with people influencing skills

  • Effective presentation and communication skills to work with diverse and globally distributed teams.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to change and to various competing demands.

  • Dynamic, explorative, and entrepreneurial mindset adapted to a multinational organization.

US ONLY :

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
