SAP Finance Governance Lead

As our successful SAP Finance Governance Lead within our Digital & Tech Finance Chapter, you will be managing the business demand; you’ll oversee implementing a new governance model for FC&A and FP&A within the D&T Finance Chapter.
You will be accountable of the delivery at local, regional and global level by aligning business stakeholders and the D&T delivery team.
Reporting to the D&T Finance Chapter lead, you will have 360º view on budget and quality of deliverables sticking to standards.

Your key responsibilities:
Managing business demand for all Finance Chapters at local, regional, and global level.
Coordinating and forecasting the enhancement delivery team. Giving SAP technical guidance to recommend always the best technical solution.
Budget/ actual follow up on his area.
Working together with platform product managers to share 360º view with business product owners.
Supporting Chapter and Cluster Leads on product review preparation and follow up.
Improving the way or working in this area by adding quality steps on the e2e chain from the demand to delivery.

You bring:
Strong expertise and experience in SAP, with a strong focus on delivery and teams’ management.
Experience delivering efficient SAP solutions adding value with ability to review technical aspects.
Understanding of SAP finance module on functional and technical side.
Management skills where you can prepare/ lead follow up sessions, KPIs, and product review meetings.
A passion for the Digital and Tech world, where innovative management style is appreciated.
Strong and effective communication skills, and the ability to work with offshore teams. Proactive and commitment for the day-to-day deliveries.
