Job Title: Bilingual Sales AssociateEnglish/Spanish Location: Bartow, FL Pay: $16.00+/hour, depending on experience, + commission Hours: Varies, must be able to work some Saturdays Duration: Direct Hire
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop a deep understanding of the store product offerings
- Display and showcase product in an appealing and organized manner
- Assist customers in selecting items, offering suggestions, and guiding them through the purchasing process
- Educate customers about the quality, craftsmanship, and value of items
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Assist in keeping the store clean, organized, and presentable
- Participate in store opening and closing duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual skills, English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills
