The employer is looking for an Upholstery Tech/Finishing person.

• Responsible for fabricating all interior items and assembling seating units for vehicle installation.
• The incumbent will demonstrate a high proficiency in and a meticulous work ethic in vehicle interiors, including repairing, modifying, and refurbishing vehicle seats, dashboards, sidewall, flooring, overhead panels, and trim. Upholstery and re-upholstery of panels, liners, and sidewall, to high degrees of finish quality and structural safety.
• Establish the highest quality of work on various interior items that meet Company standards and goals to meet or improve budgeted hours/schedules.
• Understand and work from blueprints as well as other written instructions and design specifications.
• A positive team environment while demonstrating a continual willingness to learn and be a team member.
• Knowledge of standard safety procedures and regulations.

Required skills/abilities:

• Proficient in multi-tasking as this position is very detailed orientated.
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools is required.
