Bay Arenac Behavioral Health Client Services Specialist – ACT in Bay City, Michigan
Client Services Specialist -- ACT Opportunity available within the Assertive Community Treatment team dedicated to providing intensive outreach services to adults with mental illness. Responsible for assessment, plan development, linking, coordinating, & advocacy. Will participate in paid on-call rotation. $1,000 signing bonus!
Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work with current Michigan LBSW or LLBSW, along with experience providing service to adults who have a severe mental illness required. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and availability of reliable transportation for outreach work.
Salary Salary range of $45,125 -- $55,775 based on license status, plus exceptional fringes including employer sponsored insurance, pension, and training.
