Nike Director, Treasury Technology & Data Solutions in Beaverton, Oregon

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking a leader responsible for all work related to technology and data solutions for Global Treasury! This includes the implementation of technology, policy, and strategy, the establishment of future state technology core platforms, and technology and data governance models.

In this role, you will act as the Global Process Owner and lead for all Finance Transformation engagement and planning, while driving transformational change to fuel the finance powerhouse.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The Global Process Owner for Global Treasury defines, measures, and optimizes the end-to-end processes, policies, and controls optimization. The key accountabilities include:

  • Assessing business requirements to design systems/solutions to achieve improved efficiency, data accuracy, and enhanced financial performance

  • Establishing KPIs to measure value and achieve established targets

  • Articulating new ways of working in coordination with functional transformation efforts

  • Assessing and evolving the organization as work transforms and new capabilities are unlocked while embedding innovation to improve the performance of the team’s capabilities

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will partner extensively with Nike Technology, SEC Program (Technology, Finance, Strategy), Controlling, Tax, Legal, and Finance Operations

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and a minimum of 10 years business systems or treasury experience with deep expertise in data analytics, process optimization, technology and data strategy creation, and governance

  • Advanced degree preferred, as a masters of business administration, economics, etc.

  • Global and/or Consumer Products Corporation experience preferred

  • Strong ability to lead transformation, driving through ambiguity

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, develop, and retain a diverse, inspired, and talented team
