Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Social Worker to work at a facility in Bedford Hills, New York. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $55 / hour
Shift details:
- M-F, 7:30am - 4pm
Duties:
- Contract staff would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans), according to policy and procedure. Group facilitation will also be part of the expectations.
