Kelly Services Accounts Payable Supervisor in Bedford, Massachusetts

  • Direct hire opportunity

  • Salary: $85,000-$95,000

  • Onsite to start, then opportunity for hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Summary

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the AP department

  • Invoice processing, vendor payments, and other AP functions.

  • Manage workflows for project team approvals, ensuring invoices are processed with accuracy and in a timely manner.

  • Work closely with the AP coordinator, Project Managers and Director of Finance to proactively complete job closeouts accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage company’s credit card program, including issuing cards, monitoring spending, and expense reporting.

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

  • Assist with monitoring cash balances and banking processes as needed

  • Prepare month-end and year-end reports, as well as ad hoc financial analyses as requested

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements as needed and implement solutions to streamline workflow and increase efficiency

  • Manage annual 1099 reporting

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience

  • Construction industry experience preferred

  • Supervisory experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
