The Edinburg Center Intake Coordinator in Bedford, Massachusetts

The Edinburg center is seeking an experienced intake coordinator for the ABA and IHBS department

This position is Full time 40-hour position.

What You Will Bring:

  • Qualified candidates for the Intake Coordinator position must possess either an Associate Degree or 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

  • Proficiency in Windows especially Word and Excel, required.

  • Experience in obtaining referrals for any of the following is preferred: healthcare/mental health/dental care.

  • Valid MA driver's license, and reliable transportation, required.

What You Will Do:

  • The Intake Coordinator oversees third party referrals for ABA Services: ABA, IHBS, Pre-Engagement & College Navigation and DDS

  • This role is responsible for creating and maintain forms and tracking systems as assigned.

  • Creates record in Evolv (medical records) and uploads referral information received including but not limited to benefit and clinical information.

  • Update weekly and monthly staff data, including MABHACCESS weekly staff availability and monthly service provision and waitlist data.

  • This position will also be handling outreach for cases, when needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
