Description and Requirements
Job Descrption:
Lenovo seeks a Display Innovation Engineer to drive advancements in display technology. Based in Beijing, you'll spearhead strategic plans, analyze industry trends, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic plans for OLED, Mini-LED, and TFT LCD technologies. - Lead display technology innovation to maintain market leadership.
Analyze industry trends for new product development opportunities.
Collaborate across teams to align technical projects with business objectives.
Manage new LCD technology lifecycle and desktop monitor projects.
Partner with research institutions and suppliers for technology integration.
Maintain technical documentation and mentor engineering teams.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related field.
7+ years of LCD technology development experience. Familiar with Monitor architect and tech trend.
Expertise in OLED, Mini-LED, TFT LCD, and backlight module technologies.
Strong project management skills with technical project management experience.
Proficient in technical research, data analysis, and reporting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
