About the job
The role is responsible for leading and managing key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships with our top clients, and driving business growth and hospital market access strategies for responsible area.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Serves as the primary contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships key accounts in assigned area, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives
Supports KA Head to implement the process for the negotiation, adjustment and category adjustment of the company's products during the adjustment of NRDL/MEDL, and maintain good communications with key customers to obtain first-hand information
Keep good collaboration with GBU/BU to support business achievement through clear KA strategy and action plan in respossible area (hospital listing, hospital capping, hospital admistration management)
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback, and submit timely sales and relevant reports to support decision-making
Coordinate key client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes
Manage and mentor the Key Account team to ensure the performance delivery and talent development
About you
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, in medicine/pharmacy, business management or related field is preferred
Experience & knowledge & Competencies:
At least 8 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry in sales or KA functions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership
Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, product development, and sales and marketing strategies
Have good project management skills and experience
Good capability to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing industry environment and practices
Business integrity and work ethics
Good command of both written and oral English
