This position is mainly responsible for developing and managing of BW Beijing plant suppliers in China. The main responsibilities include component technical feasibility assessment, Supplier APQP handling, quality management of samples at different stages, and PPAP release at suppliers, Ensure the smooth launch of mass production. Responsible for supplier quality management, including supplier quality problem solving, supplier process capability improvement and supplier audit.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

 VDA6.3 audit for potential supplier assessment

 Responsible for supplier component feasibility study

 Responsible for APQP management and PPAP approval

 Manage Supplier Run @ Rate and safe launch

 Driving for cost reduction and VAVE  Monitor, negotiate, and control supplier quality performance

 Driving for supplier CIP

 Improve IQC quality  Issue supplier quality claim in case of non-conformity found in BW plant  Driving for supplier problem solving in terms of 8D and 6sigma.

 Responsible for claim charge back to supplier.

 Responsible for supplier quality goal setting

 Plan and conduct supplier yearly audit  Support to solve field return supplier related issues.

 Support BW plant to improve OEE

 Others assigned by supervisor.

Requirements / Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree or above on mechanical engineering or Vehicle technology

 Minimum 3 years working experience in vehicle industry.

 Master at 5 core quality tools, IATF16949 internal auditor certified.

 Good problem solving skill.

 Customer orientation / Decision / Integrity / Focus on Priorities / Problem solving/Cooperation / Performance driving / Professions / Work under pressure

 Familiar with stamping/forging/casting is a plus.

 VDA6.3 certification preferred.
