Job Description
Duties includes (but are not limited to):
Responsible for developing and managing cross functional, technology, or product focused programs. Manages budgets and interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions…
Ensuring that the product development process or components localization abides to the business engineering Quality Procedures, Phased Review Discipline and regulatory needs of the applicable markets
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
Extensive project & program management including developing and managing schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks, communications and quality/testing plans
Monitor delivery of projects and escalate issues when necessary
Provide status reporting on program key performance indicators, schedule, resources, and milestone delivery
Identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, then facilitate quick resolution
Track record of working well with others by partnering, leading and influencing cross functional teams
Nurture self-organizing, high-performing teams through servant leadership and mentoring
Resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation
Comfortable working in a highly ambiguous, very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or automation engineering or above 10+ years supply chain management, sourcing or project management relative work experience Effective communication skills and boundaryless behavior—ability to present ideas clearly and concisely Demonstrated understanding/experience with the localization cycle or any engineering redesign project rigor Consistent track record of success driving complex programs from inception to delivery Outstanding problem solver who builds consensus and drives key decisions Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English Enthusiastic, full of positive energy and persistent to targets
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in strategy definition, global communication and project management Customer orientation: self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly. Customer focused: strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen to customer, build relationships, and work under pressure Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to details and ability to multi-task Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations Medical device working experience, MR/MICT etc. product knowledge is highly preferred
