Together, we won't stop! As an Integrated Marketing Manager , you will drive acquisition strategy across tactics for T-Mobile Home Internet prepaid brands (Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile Prepaid). This role will define and develop integrated marketing strategies and plans that leverage paid, owned and earned channels/media that align to company priorities and deliver on commercial and brand objectives. This role will serve as the primary liasion between the Prepaid consumer marketing org and the Broadband marketing org. Strategic partnership with both commercial, operations, media and analytics groups is important. An understanding of the evolving MarTech/AdTech space and the ability to articulate and positively orchestrate complex marketing plans across multiple channels and teams are critical for success. In addition, this position is pivotal to ensuring execution of targeted marketing programs across all functional marketing areas both offline and online are consistent and to ensure the product experience, digital transformation and standards of the Prepaid marketing team are met. This opportunity is a challenging and exciting role for a marketing professional with a passion for building comprehensive capabilities and bringing new innovative products to market. This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week. Responsibilities: Serves as primary POC for tactical acquisition media campaigns for Metro by T-Mobile Home Internet in conjunction with the Prepaid Marketing, Broadband Marketing and internal Media teams Lead cross channel campaigns functionality with an eye for customer experience and increasing opportunity with signal and optimization. Identify data connectivity gaps and seek out solutions across the org Leverage data, analytics and segmentation to find opportunities and insights and translate needs into executable integrated marketing plans for direct marketing tactics that improve performance and deliver on objectives Works closely with leadership across both commercial and brand functions to align campaign plans/priorities and orchestrate teams/resources to bring plans to market on time/on budget Partners with analytics and marketing operations teams to ensure strategic objectives and learning agenda are accurately tracked and measured to evaluate performance Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field of study; Master's/Advanced degree preferred 3 years of marketing experience in authoring and implementing national integrated direct marketing plans with recognized B2C brands 2 years experience with delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution Solid understanding of digital marketing and experience including CRM, web/ecommerce, media, social, etc. Experience in data driven marketing techniques and traditional database marketing is critical. Adobe Analytics and media platform experience a strong plus Exceptional experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc. End to end campaign development including strategy, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a multi-channel/omni-channel environment.
