T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Senior Product Managers in Bellevue, WA to drive end to end delivery of web-based and mobile application products with moderate to high level of complexity and scope which includes creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product requirements and roadmap and initiating and managing supporting projects. Drive alignment within cross-functional teams (including but not limited to marketing, software and hardware engineering, quality assurance, and customer service) and collaborate with stakeholders in building a product that fulfills a strategic product vision and contributes positively to overall customer experience. Utilize a variety of product management practices and methods including agile, scrum, Kanban, waterfall, and iterative development to actively build a product that fulfills a strategic product vision and contributes positively to the overall customer experience. Gather customer inputs by designing and/or conducting usability studies, consumer panels, and other market research methodologies to improve user experience and drive long term product roadmap. Author product requirement documents (PRDs), business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional specifications using Aha, JIRA, Atlassian, or Rally for consumer facing web/app products throughout a project's lifecycle. Work with crossfunctional

teams, tracking project progress by prioritizing product features, and ensuring completion of deliverables using tools including Asana, Invision, and/or Zeplin to drive crossfunctional collaboration and communication. Conduct product analysis and optimization using methods including A/B testing, sentiment analysis, and/or data analysis and tools including but not limited to Apptentive, AppFollow, Adobe Target, and/or Firebase. Demonstrate and practice technical understanding of hardware and software integration, including an understanding of networking protocols, client-server architecture, and embedded firmware constraints, to drive informed feature development and product requirements within the application product roadmap. Contribute deep user experience design expertise, particularly in the realm of mobile apps, to provide oversight and coaching to app design team members regarding user interface optimization, user navigation, and design for accessibility requirements. Up to 20% domestic travel required, including overnight travel. Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related, or its foreign equivalent, and 5 years of relevant work experience. ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's  degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related, or its foreign equivalent, and 7 years of relevant work experience. In addition, the following skills are required: (1) Eliciting and authoring functional software requirements in formats including PRFAQs and PRDs and authoring software specifications in formats including use cases, user stories, annotated wireframes, and flow diagrams. (2) Creating and maintaining the product roadmap, prioritizing product features based on multiple criteria, defining and documenting scope for releases (using Asana or Jira), and partnering with engineering, marketing, senior business leaders, and other key stakeholders to define release schedule. (3) Managing a consumer-facing software product that controls and integrates directly with consumer hardware via APIs accessed over Bluetooth or 802.11 (Wi-Fi). (4) Understanding the full technology stack of a modern, fully-featured mobile app, including modern smartphone technology (location & orientation, Bluetooth, and camera capabilities), Ios and Android operating systems; native and non-native mobile app development frameworks, and distributed application concepts including local and remote APIs, storage, and software components.
