Together, we won't stop! Job Overview The Assistant, Executive performs dedicated secretarial and administrative duties for a VP or SVP. The daily work requires some business analysis, use of initiative, independent judgment, and requires in-depth knowledge of corporate policy. The Sr EA will often be called upon to interpret and communicate an executive's intent to other leaders and managers across the business to ensure diligent follow-up and prioritization of time. It is critical to have discretion and advanced communication skills as many interactions will be critical, complex, and confidential in nature. As an experienced and Sr EA, the expectation is to work under minimal direction on sophisticated projects and mentor less experienced peers across the organization on standard processes. On-site position based in Bellevue, WA. Job Responsibilities: Support senior leaders by performing advanced-level administrative work of sophisticated nature including planning, coordinating, organizing and producing work that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Execute special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyze problems, determine approach, compile and analyze data and prepare reports and recommendations. Manage executive's schedules, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc. Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information on behalf of executive. May communicate on behalf of executive, must be able to determine most appropriate method of communication by assessing situation and applying sound professional judgement. Interact effectively with EA team as a cohesive partner. Manages special projects such as coordination of off-site meetings, may assist with rewards and recognition, and other areas as requested. Education: Associate's Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: 7-10 years experience supporting VP/SVP and above (Preferred) 7+ years managing multiple calendars, booking travel and completing executive expense reports (Strongly Preferred) 5+ years supporting VP/SVP in Finance, Investor Relations, and/or Legal (Preferred) Sophisticated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software (Required) OrgPlus (Preferred) Experience handling competing tasks and priorities (Required) Executive meeting planning and communication; setting up meetings both in-person and virtual (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor. Adept at working independently and efficiently, while also functioning well in a team environment. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
