Amazon Sr. Product Manager - Tech - Labor Planning Systems, Amazon Logistics in Bellevue, Washington

Description

Amazon is looking for a Senior Product Manager- Technical to help develop flexible planning systems for Amazon Logistics. This Sr. Product Manager will work cross-functionally with multiple business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver a flexible labor planning product that is business critical for supporting network growth and employee experience in Amazon’s increasingly complex last mile operations.

*This role requires travel 10% of the quarter.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Operations, HR, and Labor Planning teams to develop and implement last mile labor planning solutions

  • Drive strategic alignment among stakeholders through effective communication, training programs, and system rollouts

  • Analyze operational processes and challenges to define business requirements and develop optimal solutions

  • Manage product development lifecycle including feature prioritization, testing, and adoption across business units

  • Balance technical capabilities with business needs while overseeing system troubleshooting and implementation

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
