General Floor Industries Returns Clerk Operations in Bellmawr, New Jersey
General Floor (https://www.generalfloor.com/) is the largest wholesale flooring distributor in NJ, PA, and DE.
We're looking for a full-time Product Claims/Returns Associate to support our Returns/Operations Department at our main office in Bellmawr, NJ. Preferred hours are 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
Research and process returns
Enter and update return information into return database
Perform in house inspections of defective or damaged product for return purposes
Submit all returns claims to vendors
Perform all necessary follow-up on all open issues
Process pick-up paperwork
Obtain freight quotes for return of shipments
Review and process vendor credits
Compile weekly end of month reports
Ideal candidates have:
Excellent communication skills
A positive attitude and pleasant demeanor
Experience with Microsoft software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Competent math skills
AS400 Platform familiarity is a plus but not required
