Aston Carter Fleet Sales Manager in Beloit, Wisconsin

Description:

Identifies opportunities for growth and development of existing accounts using a consultantive based

solution approach

• Develops and executes business plans and strategies to continually increase top line revenue,

maximize margins, and increase market share

• Analyzes metrics and tools to identify new opportunities for target customer acquisition and

existing customer retention

• Produces accurate forecasts for both existing and new business opportunities

• Develops and maintains strategic account plans with all accounts

• Links customer objectives to product solutions delivering a total value of fering that creates a

competitive advantage

• Creates partnering opportunities with customer principles and key industry executives.

• Develops credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment

• Participates with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback on products and features

as well as competitive information

• Actively participates in key industry associations and events

• Remains able to work f rom home when not traveling (50% to 75% travel)

• Problem solves and communicates ef fectively with work team

• Contributes ideas for continuous improvement of workf low and processes

• Follows all safety guidelines and procedures

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience working with strategic/national accounts

Interpersonal, Leadership, and Technical Skills

• Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills

• Sales Process

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions f rom groups of managers,

clients, customers, and the general public

• Excellent team and project management skills

Work Environment

This is a 100% remote role with 40-50% travel. This company is growing fast which allows you to select your own territory.
