Aston Carter Project Scheduler in Belton, Missouri
Aston Carter is working with a client in the KCMO area seeking to hire a Project Scheduler on their team! This is a long term role and a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. This position will work mainly onsite but may have potential for hybrid flexibility.
Job Description:
Will primarily be communicating internally via emails and phone calls.
Will be assisting the large national account customers in the cradle and grave to set up and install their commercial vehicle equipment.
Develops and maintains project schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for deployment projects of various types
Independently interprets and reads detailed process flows and develops a clear understanding of work scope
Reviews contractor’s schedule submissions and verifies that all work scope is identified properly and logically sequenced correctly; provides detailed schedule review comments
Reviews contractor schedule submittals for conformance with contract; reviews critical path, resource loading of man-hours, schedule content.
Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of office management/customer service experience required
Experience in logistics or dispatch/scheduling highly preferred
Intermediate Excel skills
Detailed oriented in fast paced environment
Experience managing multiple projects at once
Strong phone/communication skills
Commercial vehicle experienced preferred
